Seamlessly blending modern and classic elements, this period family home features a harmonious and serene interior design scheme enabling a sense of calm to ensue. Herringbone oak floors were installed throughout the ground floor, and pared-back joinery designed throughout the home to ensure everything has a place. Full redecoration with a quiet palette of neutral tones create a backdrop for Scandinavian inspired furniture and layers of beautiful textiles. The occasional antique piece adds character and depth. Spatial planning included the creation of a new en-suite bathroom in place of a guest bedroom, the division of a bathroom to create a shower room and laundry room and the addition of a new loft bedroom and bathroom.
